Unlike cured garlic, fresh garlic is only available for a short time each summer and is perfect for roasting, grilling, sautéing, salad dressings, and all your favourite recipes. Store in a cool, dry place and enjoy within a few weeks for the best flavour and quality.  Bulbs are about 2 - 2.5 inches in diameter.
