Boneless Pork Chops from our forest-raised pigs; 1 inch thick, 2 chops per package.  A lean and tender portion of pork, known for mild flavor and versatility in cooking methods—whether pan-seared, grilled, baked, or fried. Our pigs are fed certified organic soy-free grains, surplus organically-grown vegetables, windfall organic apples, pumpkins and pasture grasses.
