Fresh pork sausages from our forest-raised pigs.   We have four different varieties to choose from:

 

Two flavors prepared by our own Farmersville Abattoir right here in Athens: Honey Garlic and Mild Italian (SOLD OUT).  Four sausages per package - approximately 1.5 pounds total. 

 

Ingredients:

Mild Italian: Toasted wheat crumbs, salt, spice, dextrose, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, rosemary extract, artificial flavour, tricalcium phosphate (anti-caking agent), polysorbate 80 (emulsifier)

 

Honey Garlic: Dextrose, sugar, honey powder (dried honey, maltodextrin), salt, soy protein, yeast extract, garlic powder, Rosemary extract (antioxidant), Calcium silicate (anti-caking agent), and canola oil 

 

And two other delicious flavors prepared by Lavergne Meats in Navan: also Honey Garlic and Mild Italian.  Note these are packages of about 1 pound each, and contain 3 sausages per package.

Honey Garlic: Pork, salt, raw honey, granulated garlic, white pepper

 

Mild Italian: Pork, salt, pepper, fennel
